Sit for the YSISS Entrance Assessment
Students who wish to apply for admission to Yayasan Sarawak International Secondary School (YSISS) must meet the following criteria:
a) Students must be a Sarawakian OR one of the parents of the students must be a Sarawakian.
b) Students must be currently in Year 6.
c) Students must be currently enrolled in one of the following type of schools:
● Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Cina (SJKC)
● Any primary school (Sekolah Kebangsaan `{`SK`}`, Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan (SJKs) or private) located outside of Sarawak
● International Schools
b) Students must be currently in Year 6.
c) Students must be currently enrolled in one of the following type of schools:
● Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Cina (SJKC)
● Any primary school (Sekolah Kebangsaan `{`SK`}`, Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan (SJKs) or private) located outside of Sarawak
● International Schools
PLEASE NOTE: Students outside of these categories do not need to apply, as their application to YSISS is considered directly through the UP-DLP Sarawak.
Students are required to sit for the YSISS Entrance Assessment, which will evaluate proficiency in the following subjects:
● Science
● Mathematics
● English
● Mathematics
● English
FEE STRUCTURE
Fees include all expenses (school fee, textbooks, daily meals, etc.) except for exercise books (only applies to M40 and T20 groups).
