👨🏻🚒 On the 24th of April 2025 (Thursday), Yayasan Sarawak International Secondary School (YSISS) Kuching and Sibu recently held a fire drill to enhance emergency preparedness and safety awareness. ![]()

🚒 The drill included fire extinguisher training, evacuation exercises, and communication drills, with participation from staff and emergency teams. The event aimed to improve response skills and evaluate safety protocols, with guidance from local fire departments. ![]()

🧯In the meantime, YSISS continues to prioritize safety through regular drills to ensure staff and students are well-prepared for emergencies.
On 24 April 2025, YSISSPJ kicked off "Lead Spark: Student Volunteer Ignition!", an orientation and training program for our awesome Student Volunteers team. The session focused on building confidence, developing leadership and facilitation skills, and preparing students to lead meaningful school projects. Through hands-on activities and fun team-building exercises, our volunteers connected with one another, their teachers and the student-led committee. It was a great start to an inspiring journey of teamwork and service. Here’s to sparking leadership in every volunteer!![]()
