Today, our Year 10 students had the honour of attending a motivational talk by Dr. Haji Abdul Rahman Deen, member of the YSISS Board of Governors and Board of Directors. He shared powerful insights on self-discovery and self-image, urging students to understand their strengths and weaknesses through self-analysis and not be held back by negativity or others' expectations. Through uplifting words and personal stories, he encouraged students to study hard, build self-esteem and stay focused on their goals. He reminded them that success begins with self-belief and discipline, and growth comes from appreciating what we have. The session was a strong reminder that with the right mindset, every student can overcome barriers and reach their full potential.
